Summer in the rhythm of the greatest hits

This year's summer in Galeria Solna The seniors enjoyed music, exercise, and fun together. As part of the "Dance Like Old Times" series, three summer gatherings were held – on June 30, July 23, and August 20.

Attendees enjoyed the greatest hits of the '60s, '70s, '80s, and '90s, as well as disco music. There was plenty of dancing, prize draws, and opportunities to spend time together in an atmosphere full of positive energy.

The meetings weren't just for entertainment, however. The program was enriched with activities related to health and well-being, including Zumba Gold and Tai Chi classes, dietary consultations, body composition and weight analysis, and the opportunity to take advantage of free eye and skin examinations.

We would like to thank all the participants for their presence, smiles, and great fun. We are glad that Galeria Solna Once again, it has become a place for meetings, bonding, and active recreation. We hope to see you on the dance floor again!
