What you should know about gift cards Galeria Solna

The most important information in one place.
A gift card is a prepaid payment card issued to the bearer. Gift card Galeria Solna It functions as a standard payment card with a specific funds limit, intended for use among the center's tenants.

Gift cards are sold:

  • Stationary:
    – at the point of sale at the Via Aromo stand (near the Pepco store),

    – at the Cardomat (next to the Smyk store) – only cashless payments.
  • Online order on the website and collect at the point of sale at the Via Aromo stand.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The card expiration date does not change after a purchase or refund transaction.

If a gift card transaction cannot be completed, please ensure that:

  • the transaction is made at a retail and service point in the area Galeria Solna,
  • there is sufficient amount on the card,
  • the gift card, and in particular the magnetic strip on the back of the card, is not damaged,
  • the transaction is not made at a self-service checkout,
  • the card is active and has not expired,
  • in the case of combined transactions, when the transaction is paid partly with a gift card and partly with another form of payment, the store staff carries out the transaction correctly.

Gift card purchases can be made at stores and locations that accept Prepaid Mastercard. A full list of locations where the card is accepted can be found here. here.

Available options are:

  • order cards up to PLN 1000 or 10 pieces – without registration – delivery to the specified address,
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner – collection at the center,
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be identical to the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originated – shipping to the specified address. Additional fees for order processing are charged for orders exceeding 5 cards.
No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.
In the event of an incorrectly issued accounting note, please report the irregularity to the following address: [email protected]The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days from receipt of the notification.

Additional costs associated with the order include:

  • delivery costs when the order is shipped,
  • the service fee is PLN 2 for each additional gift card, above 5 pieces in an order with the option of delivery to the specified address,
  • online payment commission is charged when the Customer selects the quick transfer or Blik payment method when placing the order.
