During the "Hour of Silence" every Tuesday in the hours 15:00-18:00 and in every Saturday in the hours 09:00-11:00 We mute music, reduce lighting, and limit voice messages. Additionally, our service staff are trained and ready to support highly sensitive individuals and those on the autism spectrum.
