Summer is the perfect time to be active, meet people, and spend time together. That's why Galeria Solna invites seniors to a unique series of events "Dance like in the old days" - summer meetings full of music, movement and positive energy, which will take place on June 30, July 23 and August 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 15:00 19:00.

This is a proposition for everyone who wants to spend an afternoon actively, reminisce about the greatest hits of past decades and see that good fun knows no age.

Music, dancing and good energy

During each event, attendees will be able to dance to the biggest hits of the '60s, '70s, '80s, and '90s, as well as disco rhythms. The dance floor, familiar tunes, and the opportunity to have fun together will quickly fill the dance floor with smiles and positive energy. Participants will also be able to win prizes in contests!

For the sake of your health and well-being

"Dance Like Old Times" is much more than just a dance party. The program also includes workshops promoting health and well-being, as well as classes from the "Senior in Shape" series, dedicated to gentle movement, relaxation, and daily activity.

The program of the next and last summer meeting will take place August 30th, the following attractions are planned:
dance with hits from the 60s-90s and disco
– Zumba Gold classes,
competitions with attractive prizes – you can win vouchers for Grochola Bakery – Prawdziwy Chleb, MODIVO gift cards and vouchers for Ziaja products, among others,
dietary consultations conducted by dietitian Magdalena Wrukowska, including analysis of body composition and weight along with short tips on healthy eating,
– opportunity to take advantage of a free eye and skin examination.
